With a passion for mentorship and increasing diversity in the healthcare workforce, Dr. Bradley uses online platforms to connect with aspiring physicians, providing advice and encouragement.
As an assistant professor of anesthesiology at the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences, he combines his practice of medicine with educating medical students and resident physicians. Completing a fellowship at the University of Chicago’s MacLean Center for Clinical Medical Ethics has added an additional dimension to his career. Dr. Bradley has worked with several hospital ethics committees and he is available for virtual medical ethics consultation.
As the host and creator of The Black Doctors Podcast, he interviews minority professionals in a variety of career paths. Each episode provides encouragement and motivation for listeners. Candid and transparent conversations enable listeners to identify with and be inspired by guests on the show.
In his free time, Steven enjoys playing multiple musical instruments, and home improvement projects. In addition to producing music, he also records and edits audio for his show. His writing can be found on Mask Off: the blog and he posts social media content to his instagram account @StevenBradleyMD.
Dr. Bradley is available for speaking engagements and consulting.
